About this bed and breakfast
Spend your getaway relaxing in this peaceful studio guesthouse. Gorgeous vaulted wood ceiling & great lighting. New: paint, wood finishes, bathroom cabinet, carpet & vinyl flooring. You'll be close enough to all the West Seattle/White Center hot spots but can also settle in and prep a meal at home. The Queen bed sleeps 2. The couch folds down into a decently comfortable bed that could sleep 2 adults but 1 is better. A twin size inflatable mattress is available as well as a queen. We've had some large groups stay to be close to a wedding or the airport but this cozy guest house is best suited for 1-2 people.
The guest house is a studio. It does NOT have separate bedrooms. You can see in the photos that this is studio with a 3/4 bathroom attached. If you have concerns about layout, please clarify BEFORE you book.
A one time $25 fee will be added to your reservation for every guest beyond 2 guests. VRBO doesn't currently have a way to add this cost in at booking time when you book more than 2 guests. You are required to list the actual number of guests in your reservation or your reservation will be cancelled without refund.

The guesthouse is stocked with: a New small fridge/freezer, sink, filtered water spigot, dishes, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, 2 burner electric portable cooktop, iron, ironing board, dining table, couch, shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, heated bathroom floor, 1 off street parking spot right in front of gate, freshly landscaped patio area with cute bistro table shaded by a giant fig tree and pine tree.

Overall it was a positive experience. Everything we needed was there. There is no TV but that wasn't an issue for us. The communication was timely and clear but I did feel a little bit like I was being chastised for breaking rules before I ever had a chance to break them when I had no intentions of breaking them to begin with. Ultimately that was irrelevant just a bit annoying. The only drawback of the stay was that the house next door had a backyard get together just outside the windows Saturday night. When we left the property at 3 am for the airport they were still going strong. Minor complaints really. It is actually very cute, cozy, and comfortable.

Perfect size, very clean, good signage all over the place with clear instructions. There was no AC, and would get pretty warm in there. Also, the bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way…there’s a 4” gap in it, so do not recommend for not the closest acquaintances
