We arrived well before check-in, and they held our bags in the office for us so we could go explore Seattle without having to worry about them. We arrived while breakfast was being served, and they said to go enjoy even thought our rooms weren't going to be ready for a long time. We utilized the airport shuttle to the hotel after landing, and they gave us the info needed for a shuttle to the cruise port the following morning. Our rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. It was a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Shuttle service to hotel. Nice room. Location was quiet considering its location to SEA. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Assisted with shuttle to pier 91 using a third party service. Very satisfied with accommodations and assistance from staff.

Free shuttle pickup from airport! Room was large and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rides available to Cruise Pier for a reasonable fee. This hotel was perfect. Oh, and breakfast was delicious and free.
No complaints.

The soap in the shower was empty so that was sad when i wanted to take a shower
