The staff were all nice and kind. Complimentary shuttle FROM/TO airport and breakfast. Comfortable bed for an overnight stay. Easy access to SeaTac.
Lift wasn't fully functioning but they did offer to take my suitcases upstairs for me (2nd floor room). There was also another option to store them inside a locked storage room.
