prospective guests are advised to verify individual amenities prior to booking, to ensure no nasty suprises.
The host knowingly sold the room with non-functioning hot water system and claims to not remember. listed amenity, washing machine, turned out to be broken and full of gunk. Acting on the misleading information about amenities, I booked this place instead of another previous choice. Much time was wasted trying to communicate about the issues when the host already knows them. The place cost me over 3 hours during my 12 hour stay. Hosts' actions like this cost other, honest hosts to lose business because guests cannot make proper informed decisions with reliable information.

L'host è stato di una gentilezza unica, è andato oltre la normale cordialità...oltre a fornire consigli ci ha anche fisicamente accompagnato in alcuni posti. Anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono.

Ottima accoglienza, permanenza funzionale
Appartamento funzionale e ben equipaggiato con tutti gli elettrodomestici e le comodità (per es. Phon, ferro da stiro, microonde, lavatrice ecc...) Proprietario super disponibile e cordiale. Zona tranquilla vicino a supermercati e altri negozi utili e non lontana dal centro e dai musei più importanti.
