I booked this hotel as a last minute stay. I didn’t want to be in Asti but I didn’t want to be too far away either. This place was perfect. It’s a little tranquil oasis surrounded by farm fields, very peaceful. The only sounds at night were a couple of vocal nightingales:) I had a great sleep! The room had a huge balcony but due to a very loud, very intense thunderstorm I only stood in the doorway 🙃The owner also recommended a lovely pizza place a couple of miles away in a cute wee village. Breakfast was also included & consisted of coffee, bread, cake & a very tasty omelette. I’ve no doubt I shall be passing by Asti again & I will definitely stay here. Hopefully my Italian will have improved by then😀

Une auberge plein de charme avec une propriétaire adorable et aux petits soins, j'avais l'impression d'être chez ma grand-mère ! Un sens de l'accueil à l'ancienne. Le café à l'italienne au petit-déjeuner, je n'en avais jamais goûté un ainsi bon ! Ce gîte a été parfait pour y faire étape, nous avions un mariage juste à côté. Je recommande

If you're looking for a clean, inexpensive place, off the beaten path like I was, then this could be your place. I recently learned afterwards of the Google translate app that you speak into and have real-time translations. It would have been super helpful to have had it then just to have made communication easier, and better for the host who was super gracious.
