Great location close to many restaurants. 2 bedrooms and pool perfect for 3 generations.

Delightful Villa in Seminyak's Heart.

It was such a cute villa for my friend and myself. A room each and it would have been perfect for 4 people also. There was a pool at the villa, with a small kitchen indoors and a lounge eating area next to the pool. It was perfect in every way. Down a great little lane way but easy enough to get to Eat Street. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

The TV volume was too low - we could hardly hear the TV and could not increase the volume. Could not get local stations. The kettle did not automatically turn off (hazardous) - I would suggest a new one.

Lovely garden oasis in central Seminyak.

Beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms. Nice quiet location close to great restaurants.

The pool maintenance is poor. When we checked in it felt a little dirty. While we were there the technician came and poured in so much chlorine that the water turned green. My wife’s hair also turned green. We didn’t swim after that.

Sweet serenity

Location was perfect Quiet street but close enough to walk to main street, restaurants, nightlife, shops. Secured little villa with separate rooms n space for my 16 n 18 year old plus separate room/space for me but close enough to kids. Pool was beautiful n refreshing Outdoor area was great plus fan Gardens were well maintained and so nice to enjoy the sweet serenity Staff was so friendly, helpful n cleaned every day. Beds were soooo comfortable Staff even went above n beyond to surprise both my children with balloons and cake on their birthday They really made our holiday n birthdays very memorable n special I really appreciate their kindness, hospitality and thoughtfulness

Quiet and clean with lovely staff, but close enough to walk to the main streets

Property and pool were lovely. Everything was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. We were all very unwell the whole time we were there and the staff respected our needs and ensured we were ok.

Nothing, we were content here. However, I would let families with younger children know that the bedrooms are seperate and only accessible to each other via an external staircase in the garden. Whilst the property felt very safe and secure this could be difficult to navigate for some families, particularly as you have to walk past the pool to get to the stairs.

Honest review from an 18 year old

The private pool, and outdoor area was really nice and is where we spent the vast majority of our time The Bluetooth speaker that was provided was an extra bonus even though we ended up using our own it was very thoughtful. The cleaning staff coming in when we were gone to tidy up was also lovely but in all honesty the best Interactions we had were with the night security personnel whom both my brother and I enjoyed a few drunk convis with, very helpful and made our stay feel more comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, and one of the bed posts snapped when I sat down on it, probably invest in some stronger beds then again I am 6'6 120kg so might just have been my case.

Affordable and cute villa in the center of Seminyak!

The two bed rooms are spacious. There is a private bathroom on each bed room. Location is pretty central, easy to get around to Seminyak's restaurants, cafes, shopping streets, and beaches. Rate is affordable consider I can get a 2-bedroom villa in the heart of Seminyak for quite a bargain.

The pool could use some cleaning.

Downstairs bedroom smelt mouldy, to the point I had to cover my face to sleep Awakened by fridge and water filter- sleeping in kitchen Sheets weren't changed and were left dirty Downstairs bathroom a disgrace, rain came through and soaked toilet area, came back from a day out and a bucket was left in there to catch leaks next 3 days Cracked dirty stained Downstairs bathroom, not pictured on booking site. The whole downstairs was grubby, walls had stains and patches of mould, PowerPoint's next to bed didn't work properly. Party house villa next door, kept awake by neighbours, smell and kitchen and no more than 5 hours sleep per night Unable to use pool area after early arvo, noise from next door too loud Couldn't let child sleep Downstairs, gave her upstairs as more secure Villa was only cleaned when requested, tray with welcome towels sat on mantle for 3 days- towels and drinks frozen when I arrived Made us wait outside in the rain while they checked the villa like we had stolen something when we checked out, knocking on the gate at 6am to see why we hadn't left (flight delayed). We didn't request a wake up call and could have had more sleep but felt like we had to leave then, we got to the airport 2 hours too early for check in because of this .

The location. It is quiet set back on a small lane and yet very close to the main road. Adjacent to a small rice fields. Very near to restaurants, supermarkets and money changers You need a car to get to nearest beach (3 mins drive) Ibu Dewi iwas very helpful with organising Gocar (similar to Uber) for us. Thank you Ibu Dewi and all the Staff
