The location is absolutely great, a couple of minutes to the Central park, etc. The owner Remi is a chatty guy, he can give you an idea where are supermarkets, etc.

From the first sight the place is clean. But bathroom requires deep cleaning. There is a washing machine and it is so dirty we couldn’t use it even after the owner being kind to give us some washing powder.

Perfect location in the city center, friendly owner Remi. It was an amazing stay for us, like an oasis after coming from the mountains. Next time in Kutaisi I will definitely stay here again!

Розташування будинку дуже класне. Майже самий центр. Практично до усіх визначних місць в Кутаісі можна дійти пішки максимум за 30 хвилин. В помешканні є кондиціонер і це рятує у +32..+36 в які ми там опинились. Співвідношення ціни-якості нівелює деякі недоліки.

Сумно що в помешканні немає зовсім шафи з плечиками щоби розвісити одяг. Приходилось його складати в стопки на сусідній кроваті і тумбочці. З ванною кімнатою щось трохи не зрозуміле. Дуже сильний запах каналізації і вогкості при тому що постійно відчинене вікно. Шторка в душовій кабіні вже дуже сильно "підзаморилась". Рушники для прийому душу хотілося би мати нормального розміру,а не 50*70см
