Lime Hill Hotel

Nice quiet property with great view. Patio is beautiful, room is clean.

It's not an apartment. It's a very clean comfortable room, but no fridge or kettle in the room. The only table and chair is on the patio, if its raining, you are out of luck. It's a good hike uphill, but there is a small market 5 minutes away.

This place is an absolute Gem. beautiful classic traditional Georgian styling. I had a lovely stay at Lime Hill Hotel. The location is central, safe, elegant and full of charm, with great places to walk, dine and explore. closer to major attractions, shopping and great restaurants, well positioned and close to everything, yet still quite and relaxing. The hotel room was charming and beautifully maintained, the cleanlinesswas outstanding, the rooms were spotless, beautiful arranged, and extremely comfortable. beds were super comfortable. the bathroom is very fancy and nice! everything about this place is charming and enchanting - from the elegant design and relaxing atmosphere to the overall experience. it truly feels like hidden gem in Kutaisi. Their detail was taking care of with warmth and professionalism. Ruso and her husband and their son are amazing hosts- so kind, attentive warm and sweet and always ready to assist with a warm smile. what a lovely family. their attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued. It instantly felt like home, and we can't wait to come back

Can we stop calling guesthouses the hotels? It has nothing in common with one. I've read a lot about how great the owners are and how great they treat their guests. Well, the moment I told them that I don't want the pick-up from the airport and I am not interested in the tours they provided - they never bothered to welcome me there. That means no access to the kitchen, no good-bye and what's frustrating - no change for a 100 lari bill I paid with to the landlady. The room was very dark since the only window was pointed on the neighbors wall. The bathroom has no heating and when you take a shower it's gonna spray all over the bathroom, which makes the other kinds of visits there not very comfortable. There was a huge gap at the bottom of the doors which made me hear everything from both the corridor and the outsides. I've heard the landlord talking to his spouse and mocking my broken Russian too.
