Very comfortable apartment: two bedrooms, one which has a fan and another with an AC. Lots of storage, night stands, and a very convenient kitchen with two stove tops, cutlery, pans, a kettle, and a washing machine with laundry detergent provided. Lovely cute balcony with a really nice view. Location is perfect for walking up to the Bagrati church, and next to a beautiful park, yummy bakeries, and many restaurants like Palaty and Sisters. The hosts were so sweet and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Kutaisi again.
The kettle should be replaced because the handle gets hot water on it when boiling water. Also the pan should be replaced because it is scratched. Other than that nothing!

В самом центре , очень хорошее расположение , прекрасные хозяева , квартира имеет кухню и две отдельные спальни
На всю квартиру одна батарея - очень холодно. В одной комнате жить комфортно , во второй невозможно. Наверное, летом такой проблемы нет.

Расположение супер! Тихо, но вышел из арки - сразу торговля, магазины, культура. Хозяйка и хозяин очень приветливы.
В этом месте 2 комнаты на 1 санузел. Нам повезло, соседей не было. Санузел был наш))) Нам не критично было, но имейте это ввиду, по описанию на сайте я этого не просекла.
