Great location. It is on the hill and last meters to the house are not easy to get, especially with suit case. But without heavy things it is ok, I was walking up and down every day several times, and it was ok for me in my 63. Beautiful park is close with very big old trees, funicular – you can get lower station for 5 GEL and cross the river. It is central location, so everything is close. The owner's dog is very friendly and he did not bark when I arrived at night and I was really surprised. And the key was in the door, so I could enter my room on my own. It is calm at night, only birds were singing. Very nice welcoming family. There's a kettle and microwave in the kitchenette. There's no table inside; you can only use the kitchenette and small round side tables for seats. When weather is good, it's great to sit outside in the courtyard. There's a beautiful view of the city.

There's only one wooden stand for clothes, more for trousers and a jacket. There are no hangers or places to hang clothes. The closet drawers smelled musty, so I didn't want to put anything in them. The towels get damp very quickly. Unfortunately, this is common in many private hotels where linens aren't changed daily. Unfortunately, an apartment building is being built directly to the left of the house, and it was very noisy during the day. And when it's built, a lot will change for this accommodation. Now there's no one across the street, and I felt completely private.

The apartment was great, very comfortable, clean and spacious. However, what I must highlight the most is the hospitality of the hosts. I happened to be there during the birthday party of one of the family's member, and they were super kind to invite me to join them. I was able to have the most georgian experience from all of my trip, and experience first-hand the famous georgian toast culture I had heard about many times. I wish every traveler in Georgia could experience such a unique event. I really thank from the bottom of my heart Mauser, Shota, Maka, Dato, Sandro, Luka, Giorgi, Tornike and all the family members and friends I met for making my short stay in Kutaisi the most memorable part of my trip to Georgia. I hope to be able to return to Kutaisi anytime soon :)

Chambre spacieuse disposant d'un frigo et d'une bouilloire

Hôte pas aimable, pas de bonjour pour nous accueillir, simplement un "wait" et "pay now". L'eau de la douche était tiède mais pas chaude.

- хороший ремонт, приємна кімната. - є опалення, можна регулювати як вам зручно. - локація ок 👌🏼 треба трошки йти під гору, але ми всюди пересувались на таксі. - дуже милий песик, який щодня приходив до нас бавитись 😅 - є чайник, мікрохвильовка, холодильник.

- в перший день складно знайти локацію, бо на карті знаходить інше LILEO. Саме це місце ви не знайдете на Гугл картах. Будьте уважні. - постіль була наче чиста, але наче й ні. На ній були якісь ворсинки, маленькі волоски, пилюка. Запах був наче на ній хтось спав до нас. Я попросила змінити, але все залишилось так само. Скоріше за все подушки та ковдру ніколи не прали, тому запах був від них. - в ванній кімнаті дуже холодно і особливо ДУЖЕ холодна підлога. Беріть ляпанці. - вода в ванній кімнаті довго нагрівається, особливо ввечері. Треба танцювати танці з бубном щоб вона почала йти. - в ванній нема бортиків на підлозі тому вся вода розливається по всій ванній кімнаті. Треба митись швидко і дуже обережно щоб цього уникнути. - чашки були в нальоті від чаю. - за мікрохвильовкою ми випадково наткнулись на купу бруду (якийсь засохший хліб, крихти).
