Amazing flat in the best location

A beautifully renovated and modern apartment in a convenient location directly across from a store. Spacious and clean, with a washing machine and drying rack, and a shower stall and curtain in the bathroom to prevent water from getting all over (a pleasant treat in this part of the world). Great hot water and water pressure. Host did not speak much English but was very nice. The building was historic and created an authentic atmosphere. Excellent value! Tip: for maximum convenience, take marshrutka no. 30 from Kutaisi for 2GEL, and have the driver pull over at the bottom of Chavchavadze street to let you off. It’s an under 5 minute walk to the apartment.

It's really as it says. Nice, clean and spacious flat in a charming old building. Directly across the street, there's a 24-hour supermarket, which is great! It is also close to the Central Park of Tskaltubo where you can have beautiful walks. There are many green areas, interesting buildings and trees closeby. The communication with the owners were great, they are kind and understanding.

It is not the owners fault. The stretch of road in front of the house is dangerous. I witnessed plenty of cars speeding here and due to a hill, the visibility is not great of incoming traffic from one side. Tourists, please be very careful and cross the road with caution.

Великолепное месторасположение. 7 минут ходьбы до грязелечебницы; мини-супермаркет и пекарня в 30 метрах. Просторная квартира, где есть все необходимое: утюг, стиральная машина, фен.,,,, кофе, снеки,… все принадлежности и моющие средства. Очень доброжелательные хозяева.
