The Daughter speaks English so that was helpful. Tidy clean room. Big Balcony, would be great in summer. Well equipped kitchen.

The place was pretty good. It had a nice view, and it was wide enough for the 4 of us. We had 2 separate rooms, each one with a queen size bed. The terrace made this place worth it. The host was very friendly and kind despite the language barrier. And good thing we had a car. Without it, it would've been very hard to get there.
We didn't really notice that the kitchen was shared, that makes it our fault. The coushions and the blankets weren't that comfy, and only one of the rooms had an air conditioner (when we got there, they were in the process of putting up the other one). So basically everything was good and they were even making the place better.

The guy who runs the place was lovely and very helpful. The location is excellent — just a one-minute walk from the sanatorium

Location and price, good view in the valley. Russian hospitality.
Parking in the street, not a double bed but two beds put alongside. Sheets look like curtains.
