It was a wonderful trip!) The room, kitchen, and view were amazing. Nino was very welcoming and friendly and always helpful. She brought us delicious coffee literally every day. Following Nino's recommendations, we tried different dishes and saw a lot of places. I really liked it here.

Amazing view and great facilities.

Located at a nice, peaceful and quiet location near the Bagrati Monastery. Comfortable and warm place, recently renovated with all things necessary for a comfortable stay.

The host was the best part of the stay. She is an incredibly sweet lady who even made coffee for us. She was also very responsive to whatever issues we complained of. She is also a very hard-working lady who even got up in the early hours to see us off. Due to a minor miscommunication on the booking page, I was of the assumption that there is a shared kitchen for me to use. But only after reaching the property I got to know it's a private kitchen that is part of the another more expensive room that we did not book. But the host was kind enough to let us use it since there were no other guests.

The room itself is insufficient due to it's small size and lack of basic amenities like a wardrobe and a mirror. Atleast a microwave oven should be in the room. The heating was inconsistent since the AC was very small. There was no place to store our suitcases and we barely had place to walk around the room due to the sprawled suitcases. Most inconvenient point was lack of power supply sockets. There indeed was an extension chord but to the lack of space, it had to be connected by the fridge power socket and it kept toppling down every now and then. We also booked the owner's son for a private tour of the caves and canyons. On the way back, we requested him to drop us to the nearest train station(3km away) for us to buy tickets and told him that we would come back to room by ourselves. But he was unaccommodating saying he had to go out somewhere and brought us back to the property. After that he did not really go out as he had quoted and it was something we did not like. We booked another taxi and went out on our own. The next day we did not book him for the same reason and went out to town on our own. The mother is really kind but the son is not a hospitable host.
