Beautiful location & friendly staff for the most part.
Was informed when we arrived that the bar does not open until 3pm. This was explained as Thai people don’t drink beer in the mornings. There are 3 things wrong here. 1. The only Thai person in the whole hotel was my girlfriend. (Begs the question who are you looking after here). Straight away a bad taste. Is 12 noon morning? Is 1pm or 2pm morning?
2. The food was superb in the restaurant and we ate there 3 times in our 1 week stay. First 2 times no added service charge and large tips were given as the food was excellent. 3rd time they added a service charge and this was explained as after 6:30 pm this was an automatic charge. The restaurant manager argued this point after i explained that i had not been charged this before. Had she checked, she would have realised that I was ordering on this table from 4:30 pm. So another bitter taste. The service from the other staff however was excellent.
3. We had a double deluxe room on floor 2. The stairs are extremely steep and might not be suitable for older people or persons with a disability.
So in summary the food is not cheap but excellent. The diving staff are superb and safety is paramount 10/10. Luke, my dive master was fantastic and a really nice guy.

Very hard bed but still slept fine.

We enjoyed our stay, the lady on reception welcomed us to the resort she was so lovely, the location is great, they have a bar on site that has a happy hour till 7pm we loved this as affordable and lovely atmosphere.
The beds were solid like a ledge… the rooms are cute but could do with updating. The balcony doors are thin you can hear talking from nearby.

The location is good, right by the sea and they provide drinking water. The atmosphere outside is very nice.
The buildings are very old, এন্ড they don't help with lifting bags and the electricity lines inside are not working properly, everyone has to use a multiplug.
