The apartment is very spacious, with three double beds, and it has everything you might need in terms of appliances and kitchen utensils. The host is also very responsive and replies to messages promptly.

There are a few things we think future guests should be aware of. Previous guests have already mentioned that the apartment needs some renovation, and we have to agree. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors are coming off, the backs of several chairs are broken,. However, these are relatively minor issues compared to the main concerns. The biggest issue for us was the noise. The apartment faces a street with several bars and cafés, including karaoke venues, and there is very little sound insulation. We were unable to sleep properly on either of the two nights until around 3 a.m. There was constant shouting, singing and general street noise. We completely understand that the owner cannot control what happens outside the apartment, but we think this is very important information for future guests. We were absolutely exhausted from the lack of sleep. Parking also deserves a clarification. The listing says that parking is free, which is technically true, but there are important restrictions. On the surrounding streets, parking is limited to 15-90 minutes during daytime hours and, in some places, during the evening as well. If you are planning to leave your car and explore the city on foot, this is not really possible on weekdays (and parking in the city centre is quite expensive.). This was an unpleasant surprise for us. On weekends, parking is indeed free around the clock, although finding a spot close to the apartment can be difficult. Finally, cleanliness was a serious issue, especially considering the cleaning fee included in the booking. There were crumbs on the floor, black hair throughout the bathroom, including on the mirrors, and at least one bed had pillowcases that clearly did not seem freshly changed. The kitchen cloths had a very unpleasant smell. We ended up having to wash some of the items ourselves immediately after arrival, luckily we had laundry pods with us.

Bon emplacement. Restaurant, bars et magasins à proximité. Facilité pour se garer et pour rouler jusqu’au centre-ville.

Une rénovation serait utile pour mettre en valeur le l’appartement.

Logement bien équipé! Et complet!

Peut-être un petit rafraîchissement de l'appartement sera à prévoir.
