O apartamento é bem grande e muito bem equipado, com tudo que um hóspede pode precisar. Nao sentimos falta de nada e a nossa estadia foi ótima.
Mas acho que o apartamento precisa de uma manutenção urgente.
Lista de sugestões para manutenção:
- as portas do apartamento não tem tranca e a porta de saída da escada, que tem tranca, não parece segura;
- quatro das seis cadeiras da mesa de jantar estão com o encosto quebrado;
- O ar condicionado não está funcionando (as pilhas do controle remoto foram trocadas, mas o ar condicionado não liga);
- o sofá da sala é desconfortável e está muito velho;
- falta porta de um armário e ele está com o teto de gesso quebrado;
- tem uma janela que não trava e tem duas janelas que não tem tela mosquiteiro;
- os moveis também estão muito desgastados;
- o vaso sanitário está escorrendo água o tempo todo.

ES TAL CUAL A LAS FOTOS, BUEN EQUIPAMIENTO DE TODO, ME ENCANTÓ. MEJORAR MANTENIMIETO DE TECHOS, LUCES Y ALGUNOS MUEBLES. REVISAR EL SISTEMA DE SEGURIDAD: CHAPAS O SEGUROS EN PUERTA DEL APARTAMENTO.
