The staff was very nice and the room had all the amenities you'd need for a short stay.
Could be cleaner (especially the bathroom) and the location is somewhat dodgy, especially after dark. Theres some noise from the streets and the hallway, nothing earplugs can't fix. Overall ok stay.

It was in a good location to get to the local cafes, Metro supermarket and bus stop. It har a great shower and the customer service was good once they realised that their instructions weren’t very clear for visitors on how to use the door lock. I’m sure they will change that.
It had steep stairs. The mattress and pillows seemed quite old. There was no jug, coffee or tea.

The apartment was big and fully equipped.
The area is not good. A lot of drunk people walking around all the time. The main entrance is very old and the corridors look dirty and need maintenance. No elevator so you need to carry your luggage up at a steep staircase. Above all the communication with the host need serious improvement, as you feel not welcome at the property
