Sink too small vanity cabinet too low . table dinning need to replace upgrade stairs main entrance give a bad aspect of property

It was in a good location to get to the local cafes, Metro supermarket and bus stop. It har a great shower and the customer service was good once they realised that their instructions weren’t very clear for visitors on how to use the door lock. I’m sure they will change that.
It had steep stairs. The mattress and pillows seemed quite old. There was no jug, coffee or tea.

We really enjoyed how close it was to old Quebec city, on a very lively and beautiful street. Please do note that there is a significant homeless population, although this did not bother me as I stayed with my male partner and I was not alone. The apartment is very well secured so it does feel very safe. The facilities are nice, very good value for the money. Air conditioning was a huge plus for the hot summer nights.
The only real con I would give were the pillows on the bed, we really enjoyed the mattress but found the pillows very difficult to get past. Would recommend bringing your own if possible as this would resolve this issue!

The place has a comfortable bed and is in a really good location. In the summer the AC worked well and our unit was not facing the street so it was quiet at night.
The whole place needs a remodel. The building's hallways were smelly. The window curtains were thin and our stay in the summer meant the sun was coming in at 4:30am! The shower did not work well.
