Welcome to my home!
The apartment comes with an open living and dining area. The living room features a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a long day in the city.
If you wish to dine in, there is a dining area big enough to seat 4 guests comfortably.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal including a stove, an oven and a microwave.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a king bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Fontainhas is a charming and vibrant district in the heart of Porto, Portugal. The district is home to a host of unique attractions, including the Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Crystal Palace Gardens, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum, and Chapel of Souls. There is also a great selection of restaurants and bars in the area, including the popular Abadia do Porto and Galeria De Paris. And for coffee lovers, there are plenty of excellent cafes to choose from, including the lovely Café Guarany. The Batalha tram stop is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, making it easy to explore all that Porto has to offer.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest tram stop: Batalha is a 5-mins walk.
- The nearest train station: S. Bento is a 10-mins walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
Note: Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Beautiful and spacious flat, tastefully decorated and with all the comforts. Very good location, just a few minutes from the city centre. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Nice place with a lot of room. However was noisy due to the road. Couch was ready for a new one.

The apartment was spacious and clean-adequate for our 6 adults. The location was ok- not a great/full view of the river but it was close to the main downtown areas. The main problem was the construction noise that started early in the morning directly across the street which made it difficult to sleep past 7am, even on Saturday. We also could not figure out the source of a ticking noise that was right outside the main bedroom which was annoying and prevented us from being able to sleep. I could not locate a phone number for the property manager to inquire about this and there were no written instructions left anywhere in the apartment with contact information. Additionally we could not figure out how to use the washing machine which was unfortunate.
