Clean, comfortable, a good spot to stay for a few nights

The location was really good, with a pleasant walk to the city center. The area itself is also nice and quiet. The room is very spacious and comfortable; I didn't need any other amenities.
There was no hot water. I texted the staff, who instructed me to leave the water running for a bit, as the water heat pump is located outside the building and takes a while to reach the room. Unfortunately, it still did not work.
A little more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated.
