Très bien situé et un parking privé couvert. Grand loft spacieux
Situé sous les toits très peu d’insonorisation et bar juste en dessous donc très bruyant la nuit. La charpente a craqué toute la nuit. Aucune pression dans les douches ce qui est compliqué pour se laver correctement

Die Lage war perfekt, alles zu Fuss erreichbar und Nahe der Metro für die An- und Abreise.
Die Dusche hatte fast kein Wasserdruck. Nur ein tröpfeln.

La ubicación, la limpieza, y su decoración. Apartamento ideal para disfrutar la historia, la gastronomía, el patrimonio, y las compras en Oporto. Si vas en coche, la amplia plaza de parking es un plus. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, que es muy de agradecer. Supermercado cerca. Atención buena e informativa antes y durante el alojamiento. El dueño nos dejó un vino del Duero, ¡un gran detalle!
Mis puntos negativos son imposibles de solventar. Es lo que tiene un edificio renovado y tan céntrico: La entrada al parking (aunque está muy bien explicada la maniobra en el vídeo de check-in). No tiene ascensor. La presión de agua, y especialmente la de la ducha, es bajísima.
