It was nice that the lady offered us to leave our luggage there earlier at a locked up space. Communication was good.
The apartment is big and has enough space. The interior is nice too.
Yet when we arrived she eyed us as if we were the "wrong" clientel to stay. She seemed very cold and judgy. As a former employee of Four Seasons Hotels I can´t say that this was a welcoming behavior.
The shower is not really easy to use for a smaller person - you need to hold the handle at all times. The material is also not really of good quality - your hand smells strongly like metal after washing. That´s a bit sad.

We wisten dat er geen lift was. Dat is met koffers best lastig. Vooral voor senioren. En de trappen zijn erg hoog.
De verlichting in het appartement is niet echt geschikt om bij te lezen.

I have stayed in a room at the same property multiple times. Each time we have been very pleased with the hosts and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Some noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disturbing.

Highly recommend, we are booking for the second time. The hotel is in a very good location. The room has everything you need. Really very comfortable and clean room. Maria is very friendly. Helped us with all questions. Thank her very much.
