Fontainhas Douro Flats

Fantastic apartment for our first time visiting Porto. The location is great for getting around and visiting the city by foot. There are also plenty of local buses if you're going a bit further. The apartment itself is accessed through a security door and there's a lift to get to the upper floors. It is modern, spacious and has everything you need for self catering. The bedroom is on a mezzanine level and again has plenty of space. There are 2 air conditioning units operated by remote control, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, they were very much needed during a spell of very hot weather. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a decent size supermarket 5 mins walk. If I was returning to Porto I would definitely return to this apartment.

We had our car with us and although there is on street parking outside the apartment it's only free at the weekends so our car was parked about half a mile away in a residential area with no parking charges.

L'appartement est très bien équipé pour se faire à manger, laver son linge si besoin. Présence d'une bouilloire et d'une machine à café. Bien localisé : à proximité d'une supérette, de restaurants et de bars.

Le bruit de la rue. Il y a un feu de circulation à proximité de l'appartement et il bipe tant que c'est vert pour les piétons. Le code d'accès à l'immeuble que j'ai reçu n'était pas le bon et la conciergerie n'a jamais répondu à mes appels téléphoniques.

Le logement était confortable. Il est bien situé.

Le seul désagrément retenu est la circulation le jour comme la nuit. Le bruit des voitures ne dérange pas le jour. La nuit prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez du mal à vous endormir.

Läget var väldigt bra och bra värdar som var tillmötesgående för det mesta.

Det va en hel del myror och ganska mycket mögel/ smuts på gardiner och i badrummet.
