The apartment is full of charm. Antique and mid-century furniture give the apartment an authentic Italian feel. So much space!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Arsenale-Platz ist wunderschön. Wir haben dort schon einmal gewohnt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter erfolgt noch durch einen Menschen (heute nicht selbstverständlich). Die Wohnung ist geräumig (2 Badezimmer), mit schöner Aussicht.
Die Kommunikation betreffend den Bestätigungscode für die Zutrittsregistrierung in Venedig war einigermaßen kompliziert. Die Leintücher sind zu klein für die Betten. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

Such an amazing location! No need to buy water taxi tickets as everything you need is in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, all accessible from your room. Wished we could have stayed longer.
The weather on one day was miserable, wished the room had an umbrella. We had to buy one from a street vendor.

Très bonne localisation face à l’arsenal
Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser une des deux salles de bains car en raison de l’odeur des égouts. L’eau du robinet de la deuxième douche ne coulait pas. L’appartement n’était pas propre, par exemple il y avait des taches de sang de moustiques écrasés dans la salle de bain. Ce qui veut dire que les murs n’ont pas été nettoyés depuis des mois puisque nous sommes en hiver.
