My parents, uncle and auntie stayed here — all elderly — booking 3 separate rooms and they had such a fantastic experience. Everything was so easy for them, getting to the hotel was straightforward and stress-free, and they received such a warm welcome from the moment they arrived. The staff were absolutely amazing — so kind, attentive, and made them feel truly well looked after. The rooms were comfortable, everything was spotless, and there were absolutely no issues at all during their stay. They felt completely at ease and right at home, which made their visit to Mecca so peaceful and enjoyable. I'm travelling there with my brother next month and, based on their wonderful experience, we're really looking forward to staying here too — feeling confident we'll have just as lovely a trip. Thank you Emaar Al Khalil team for taking such great care of our family! 🙏 Highly recommended to everyone.
Absolutely nothing! — My family had a perfect stay here with zero issues or complaints. Everything exceeded our expectations.
