This property has a positive and welcoming aura, with staff members from the front desk to housekeeping always available and ready to make guests feel at home. Special thanks to Mr. Thames at the front desk and Mr. Suzon from housekeeping for their exceptional hospitality, friendly service, and attentive care. Their efforts truly made the stay feel like a home away from home.
The property is situated on a steep hill, and an electric cart service is available for guests’ convenience. However, the cart service starts at 12 noon, while I needed to leave at 11:30 AM for Namaz (prayer). It would be helpful if the cart service could be made available earlier to accommodate guests with such needs.

The breakfast was too spicy, not good quality, flies everywhere. The location was a 20-25 minute walk from the haram, not bad.
The bathroom was extremely disgusting. One shower door was completely broken and nobody gave us a new room. The shower had rusted, the door was open and water from the shower went everywhere.
