I would like to mention the name of Service Boy Mr. AHMAD SUZON, who was very friendly, supportive, caring, on-time support provider, for all the guests stayed invfirst floor. (We were assigned with rooms 105 & 106). My rating for him is 10/10.
Electric cart (for aged pilgrims travelling to height as the hotel located in hight) was most of the time not available.

Very excellent property location, Free drinking water and cart service
Pakistani Food is decent , Mr Suzon Ahmed , very good person, helps with laundry and cleaning service

The breakfast was too spicy, not good quality, flies everywhere. The location was a 20-25 minute walk from the haram, not bad.
The bathroom was extremely disgusting. One shower door was completely broken and nobody gave us a new room. The shower had rusted, the door was open and water from the shower went everywhere.
