    فندق ممتاز ومرتب بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى. موقعه قريب نسبياً من الحرم المكي، والأجمل أنه يوفر خدمة توصيل (شاتل باص) مجانية إلى الحرم طوال اليوم، مما يسهل التنقل ويميز الإقامة. الخدمة (السيرفس) رائعة جداً، والطاقم يتعامل باحترافية وتجاوب سريع مع ضيوف الرحمن. إقامة مريحة وتجربة تكرر، وأوصي به بشدة! ​A very neat, clean, and well-organized hotel. Its location is relatively close to the Haram, and it conveniently offers free 24/7 shuttle service to and from the Mosque throughout the day. The service is top-notch, with a highly attentive and helpful staff dedicated to ensuring a seamless stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

    Staff was very very good and the hotel was very clean all the time. Hotel going towards haram is downhill walk which is not bad at all but coming back is steep hill so tough. Only let down with this hotel is bus. Bus service is terrible but rest is 10/10.

    Clean with outstanding staff. Enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms: one for my wife and daughter and one for myself and three sons. We enjoyed the stay. Walk to Haram is 10 mins. Walk back is uphill but there is shuttle every 90 mins, so u have to plan accordingly

    Washroom is very small can accommodate only one person very tight space..I dont recommend this hotel at all. Breakfast also not good
