We will always return to this hotel everytime we visit Haram. The rooms are of decent size, walking distance is not too far as you can use Anjum escalators for a shorter route, good shopping and eatery around the hotel, front door access to taxi service to get to anywhere. We usually take a cab from and to Jeddah airport from the front door of this hotel. Highly recommended.

Receptionists were very rude to us. They treat the customers from agoda or booking like less important people. They take care of the groups from the travel agencies. The receptionist told me you will get your room after everyone from the travel agency group ( 100 person) get their rooms. Very very rude

Very disappointing stay. Cleanliness was almost nonexistent, and the staff were very unprofessional. During my 3-day stay, the towels were never changed and the room was not even cleaned once. Overall, the service and hygiene were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.
