    We stayed in Mahad Al Resala hotel during our Umrah visit for 5 nights. We have a family of 5 with 2 young children and 1 infant. Our experience with the hotel is exceptional. The staff, cleanliness, Room standards and specially their bus service to visit Haram sharif is outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

    I have complained about my room air conditioning that no working as soon as I checked in in afternoon and till 8:20 in night no serious action has been taken.
