Great location, the sauna and hot tub were so nice

Both larger beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The bed upstairs is very lumpy and one guest left early due to not being able to sleep. The large bed downstairs was also very hard and uncomfortable. Twin mattresses in kids room had no complaints from the teenager.

Location was beautiful. Great to have room for the kids to play and adults to relax.

One of the three beds is like concrete. I wish I had brought something to make a barrier for a fence in the yard.

The view and the amount of bedrooms

The stairs inside were narrow, we had the room upstairs with no ceiling and it sounded like the people talking quietly in the living room were standing next to our bed. The domed ceiling seemed to amplify everything

The location and views were amazing! We watched whales from the deck and hot tub. It was an easy walk to the rocks and tide pools at the end of the Roads End beach. The hot tub & sauna were much appreciated.

I booked it through Booking com. There was no mention of any limits on the number of pets ANYWHERE. Just before the trip, after calling to check on an error, I found out that there is a 2 pet limit. I have 2 dogs (1 is 35lbs, the other is 8 lbs) and my aunt has a 45lb dog. I had to book a sitter for my little dog to avoid "being asked to leave". It's not easy to find a trustworthy dog sitter at short notice and it cost me extra money. This was VERY frustrating! I will never use Booking.com ever again! Other than that, the furniture in the house left a bit to be desired. The dining room table and chairs were junk (chairs were filthy and broken) and the range was next to useless (2 of the 4 burners were broken). Also the cooking utensils were garbage and the "non-stick" fry pans had peeling non-stick coating. Fortunately there was a cast iron pan (that didn't have a lid) that was at least usable. Finally, the 4th bedroom is barely larger than a closet and only has a single bunk bed. Not great accommodations for adults.
