Older but comfortable house, good for a family with a dog.
Very clean, plenty of room for our family of five, loved the fenced yard for our dog, great location - very close to beach access.
The kitchen/cooking supplies were terrible. They were old and looked like mismatched cast-offs rather than having sets of decent cookware and bakeware. The kitchen is more for light use rather than actually cooking meals. I also don’t know how anyone could use the TV without bringing their own connection devices. We couldn’t even get our Fire TV stick to work. We eventually used the cables we brought to literally connect our phones and tablets to the TV, and streamed from those.

Very well stocked.
This property has everything you will need for comfort. Very well stocked. Centrally located. Quiet.
A couple lights didn’t work and the cob webs were very bad. Plus need curtains or blinds for the sliding glass door. Beds were ok.
