8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The neighborhood is impressive. The house is really nice, and spotlessly clean, if a little confusing at first with the reverse floor plan. The view of the ocean is as described, although the sea spray on the windows made it a little less awesome. The house is nicely furnished, but feels somewhat sterile. The kitchen is very nice, with all expected kitchen appliances and cookware along with dishware for a crowd. The lack of essential pantry staples was unexpected - we would never expect to have to get our own sugar, plastic wrap/aluminum foil, and plastic ziplocks. Also the lack of towel racks in the bathrooms seems counter productive especially with a hot tub and beach. The hot tub was clean and had the perfect temperature. We had problems locking the front door from the inside, an issue I'm sure the property manager has addressed right away.
