Like no other home on the Oregon coast, The Lookout gives you plenty of oceanfront space and great beach access for any large group, whether family, friends, or business associates. Perfect for a business retreat, family reunion, or conference, this home sleeps up to 16 and has 8 private areas, which include 5 bedrooms, a bonus room, a game room, and a media room. With large meeting spaces and a small, private perch in the unique crow's nest lookout this home has all the space, views, and fun for a large group. The home has two kitchen/dining areas on separate floors giving you added versatility, in the media room you'll find a large flat-screen TV/DVD and theater recliner seats for comfort and added retreat space. The downstairs game room includes a Queen Murphy bed and juke box, with outdoor access to a picnic area and hot tub overlooking the ocean. Hardwood floors, lodge-style fireplaces, and comfortable furniture provide elegance and comfort to your stay.
Direct beach access stairs welcome you to miles of walking and beach combing, and you're also within walking distance to shopping and dining. I always enjoy this house. I have stayed there the last two years and a couple of times pre-2020. The view is beautiful, the main room is large, the table easily seats ten people, and property is clean. I especially enjoy how easy it is for people needing accommodations to use this house: entry, public areas, kitchen, and bedrooms are available on the main floor with no stairs needed. The only minor issue we had was that the beds in the bedrooms do not match the list on the website, and have not for the last two years at least. The current bedroom set up is: main floor: queen twin, king, 2 queens, 1 queen murphy bed; lower level: 2 queens, 2 queens, pull out couch. I don't see a bed option in the theater room, but it's possible that one of the chairs lays flat or something. There are 7 parking spots available, but it's hard to see this from the house description. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

This unit has awesome view, however, the kitchen needs significant improvement. Notice, this unit does not have late checkout time. The checkout time was 10 am which was challenging with small kids. Overall, good experience.

The view from outside is stunning! However, it was hard to see out the picture window on the main floor since the window needed to be cleaned. None of the 3 coffee makers worked. One of the toilets on lower level was broken. I let them know about the toilet and they said it would be fixed, but wasn’t fixed while we were there. The TVs in the lower level bedrooms did not work. The jukebox was a big hit !! The sunsets were gorgeous!
