Over priced basic and not what we expected

This property is very mis sold - the photos are not true to real life and location is not good and communication is very slow or none at all . Very disappointed so glad we where only there one night and definitely not value for money

ideal for our requirements, easy to get to city centre, easy to access

downstairs bathroom could do with hooks for clothes and towels. Need more mugs in the kitchen

Overpriced for the quality and the location

All the amenities listed were present, and the place was spacious.

The neighborhood the apartment is in is not a particularly great one, I didn’t feel completely secure walking home. The inside of the place was quite run down, there were slight stains on the wall everywhere. The cleaning felt mediocre. We booked much better stays for the same price on other parts of our journey. All in all, extremely overpriced.

There was no hot water so we had to have cold showers.

Property met our needs and the location was good for walking to local pubs and the city centre.

Sofa could be more comfortable and maybe a bedside lamp in each bedroom would be useful but overall provided what we needed for the stay.

A safe place to stay, if you’re looking for somewhere basic with no communication

Location was great, bus stop just down the road. We felt safe, slept well and had loads of space

The only communication with the property is the automated messages they send you. We tried to contact them multiple times by email and text and nothing was returned. The people who stayed before us had lost keys and arrived at the door looking for them. The place had been cleaned so they weren’t there but they also couldn’t contact the owners. It’s very strange. There was a leak under a bolted door in the kitchen. We messaged them to let them know and nothing, thankfully it didn’t continue. It’s done up nicely but there is nowhere to hang anything. There are wardrobes but no hangers, and nowhere to hang a towel or jacket or anything! The back door and some doors are bolted which doesn’t feel very safe. There is soap in the bathroom but no shower gel or my thing in the shower. There was a terrible smell in the downstairs bedroom, no way could anyone have slept there, and dirt under the sofas in the living room but otherwise everything was clean. We would have given this feedback directly in private if we could contact them. We still had a great stay but… yeah!

Ideal situation for us. Property very clean and ideal for large family. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really. We had a 4yr old with us who struggled to get onto the bed as it was quite high, but we all slept well.

Upon checkout I was charged an additional £10 for no apparent reason. I have tried to contact the host through both email and on Instagram multiple times but have had no response.

Very good

Very clean, spacious, ideal having 2 showers for work men Only 2 bad points and i think its serious is the back door being locked with no access into that area, for fire exit purposes and the front door lock is a pain in the back side, you definitely need a new lock or door Overall we would stay again as the location was pretty good albeit a bit rough
