Great welcome, flexible around our check in time.
Spacious and mostly very clean.
Good kitchen area.
Thoughtful enough to provide earplugs.
The smell in the lobby.
Sofa bed was full of crumbs, perhaps not an obvious place for cleaners to check.
Matress could be more comfortable.
No soundproofing for the roadside windows.

Spotless and had everything you need
Very warm and easy to control temperature as radiators everywhere
Lots of power sockets including by bed
Handy to have shop right next door with everything you need
Large apartment and good shower
Very quiet area with no noise
A fitted sheet would be better on bed as every time you turned over it came untucked
Need a big mirror somewhere. Tried to get ready for an important dinner and it was impossible with just a small mirror in bathroom.

In a good spot, with the Anglican cathedral just round the corner, and two minutes walk from the bus stop to/from the airport
