Clean, nice modern little flat, lovely view over the Mersey, close to town and bus routes. Host was communicative and helpful ahead of stay and throughout. Great bolthole for family trips into Liverpool, close enough to pop back for kids to chill out in between activities.
Area noisy at times. A little pricey but lower end compared to other properties - perhaps something happening in Liverpool this weekend that put prices up...

Clean and all the facilities including kitchen tv heating
The hot water for bath was abit tricky, and dogs barking and people speaking loud nearby but these were temporary

Entire flat recently modernised. There is all the essential and it is great for longer stays. Good value for money
The area is quiet but not the most appealing. The bad a a bit small and the mattress too soft for my taste.
