VICHY - Baltic Triangle Modern Apartment

We stayed at the apartment for 2 nights for a girls weekend away. Prior to the stay the host was communicative and helpful with my questions. I contacted the host for an earlier check in as we had travelled a long way and arrived earlier than expected, the host arranged for us to meet the cleaner at the apartment who kindly let us in and showed us around. The apartment is new and was tidy. However, when we started to unpack etc, we noticed that the apartment didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly prior to our stay. There were lots dark hairs all over the flat, it was so dusty and some of the coffee mugs were still dirty. The fridge wasn’t clean and it was a little bit broken. Also, a glass must have been smashed and not cleaned up properly as there were shards of broken glass under the coffee table. We had to vacuum and give it a light dusting so we felt comfortable on our stay. We contacted the host about this and she offered to send the cleaner back over but by this time there wasn’t much point. - Sofa bed (if you can call it that) will only fit one short person at a push. Not fit for 2 people. Listing should be for 3 people max!!! - No instruction manual for basics like WiFi, hot water, check out instructions etcWe had a great stay in Liverpool and we have left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived! The apartment served its purpose but when we return we will be staying elsewhere.
