Lacked qualities promised

The main advantage of this accommodation is it's location roughly 5 minutes away from both cathedrals and Bold Street.

Well, although I knew I was staying in student dorms and hence didn't expect everything to be perfect, I was considerably disappointed. The staff should definitely pay more attention to cleanliness (dirty floor, bathroom etc.). Also the kitchen equipment provided for the studio was literally unusable with the pans being covered with rust. I'd also expect a bin being provided for the room.

Kitchen Out of Bounds

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and staff were friendly.

The kitchen area was out of bounds because you were getting it ready for the arrival of students. I brought my own iron but had no ironing board because you wouldn't allow me to access the facilities. So, I had to improvise methods for ironing my shirts and trousers for meetings. I couldn't heat up the specially prepared food I brought with me, so had to go out and buy what I needed locally and therefore couldn't eat properly.

Well The room was not 100% clean cause when I got in there I found a dead fly on the floor in the window and there was still dust on the floor aslo I did not read when I choose the place that I was expected to wash the bedding either tht is not what I go on holiday for and have to by stuff like extra toliet roll

Es un poco complicado localizar la ubicación del hotel. Tuvimos una habitación doble que casi parecía individual, la cama de matrimonio sería de 105cm. Solo nórdico, por lo que sin él hacía frío y con él calor. Solo nos dieron mini gel/shampoo para una noche/una persona. Solo tuvimos una toalla de manos y una toalla de cuerpo (y éramos dos personas). No había toalla para los pies por lo q al salir de la ducha se ponía todo mojado (y menos mal que llevábamos chanchas) porque como decía arriba solo había dos toallas. No entraron a limpiar la habitación en toda la estancia (4 noches). No nos funcionaron los adaptadores de electricidad, menos mal q había un enchufe europeo en el baño, nos apañamos con ese pero tendría poca potencia porque no funcionaba la plancha del pelo. Tampoco nos dejaron cubo/recogedor para poder pasarlo tras las comidas. Ni había toalla para secarse las manos tras cocinar. Ni cubo, ni bolsas de basura. Tampoco secador de pelo (anunciando en la descripción del hotel). Tened en cuenta estas cosas, por lo demás, la cama es cómoda y el hotel es silencioso aunque en frente hay un pub con música en directo. La limpieza es aceptable

La ubicación solamente, no tuve buena experiencia con este alojamiento soy cliente de booking siempre que viajo reservo con booking pero esta vez la peor experiencia que he tenido

Quiero reiterar mi insatisfacción con el estado de la habitación durante mi estancia. Al llegar, la encontré en un estado de limpieza completamente inaceptable. El suelo estaba visiblemente sucio, había polvo y pelos acumulados en las sábanas, y había restos de sartén en el suelo y alrededor de la tostadora. La sensación general era de abandono. Aunque el personal de seguridad llegó el sábado por la noche y realizó una limpieza superficial (aspirando), el problema no se solucionó del todo. Al llegar, quise cambiarme de habitación inmediatamente, ya que estaba en malas condiciones. Solo había una botella de jabón de 30 mililitros para mi novio y para mí durante nuestra estancia del 2 al 4 de agosto. No había papelera ni toalla al salir del baño. Ese mismo día, pedimos sábanas limpias y el mismo hombre nos las dio. Algunas estaban sucias y sin doblar, probablemente del cesto de la ropa sucia. Después de todo esto, intenté limpiar el suelo con papel y jabón de cocina. Adjunto fotos. Adjunto fotografías que tomé in situ como prueba del estado de la habitación. Además de afectar mi comodidad, esto me causó considerable estrés e incomodidad durante lo que debería haber sido una estancia tranquila. Considero que la experiencia no cumplió con el estándar prometido por el alojamiento ni con el importe pagado, y solicito una compensación o un reembolso por las molestias ocasionadas. Agradezco su disposición a revisar el caso y espero una pronta respuesta.
