Wenig Gäste im Hochhaus, kein richtiger Empfang bei der Ankunft, kleines Zimmer.

Location is amazing, right next to great food and coffee, and very central Desk staff really helpful and friendly Breakfast very good, really nice as a free option. Coffee machine free and available 24/7 great addition Room was spotless, appliances worked, good size

Very low if any ventilation in the room, didn't find out there was no window until the day before. Be sure to check ahead of time, especially in summer as it makes the room very stuffy Bedding really disappointing, felt like sleeping in a plastic tarp with how unbreathable it is. Improving that feels like the easiest win to making the room that much better

The first room we got was overlooking the Main Street and therefore was very noisy.

Veel te warm op de kamer, zelfs al in mei. Er kon geen raam open op onze kamer, 11e etage kamer 163. Enorm badkamer licht wat via sensor altijd direct aan gaat ook midden in de nacht. Uitzicht door het raam: installatiekasten van het hotel. Ontbijtservice slecht. Vieze vaat op het aanrecht. Eerste dag slechts 3 chocoladecroissants in de mand, geen kopjes en yoghurt beschikbaar; wel. Aardige schoonmaakster die ons aan de koffiekopjes hielp en de yoghurt.
