A great location for the Aqua bus and 15 mins walk to Canada Place . The Parking in your own spot underground was a bonus.The property was Clean and safe it had a 24 hour desk security. and Sherry was a great host .We contacted sherry a few times and nothing was too much trouble her quick response was appreciated.Like any city homeless people are becoming a sad sight for us all , the area had numerous homeless people near by .The views are amazing from the apartment.We didn't have time to use the pool , buta can Sherry

Property could be improved with better air conditioning or insulating blades and drapes. It was 86 degrees F every night in the apartment even with the 2 units running full blast. (I agree with all complaints in Michelle and Feliks reviews) It put a damper on our stay in the otherwise beautiful and clean apartment.

There were some good elements to our stay, the beds are comfy and the balcony and view is amazing. It has real potential to be a luxury stay but doesn't quite meet that and certainly was not worth the very high cost for the stay. There were a few things on the the listing which were not available (owner has now on our request updated some of these). The air conditioning was needed but was retro fitted and so they were mobile units that imposed on the room and were unsightly and the pictures do not show them at. Because they were retro fitted, the blinds did not shut properly either. The kitchen was not really set up for cooking in - to the owners credit every basic item we were missing she sent retrospectively so further guests will have more but no good for our stay. Microwave kept tripping the fuseboard so unusable and the owner felt this was because of the air con - not really an acceptable excuse or situation! Also hob was cracked and when asked she said she couldn't get it replaced. The most basic issue was no guest information handbook or instructions for anything so lots of questions or working things out ourselves - not even any check out instructions or where to put the garbage - basic! Has potential but feel we overpaid for what we got and disappointed not to be able to get this back on our trip of a lifetime.

Overall, the property was just as advertised. There was space enough for my family, especially since 2 of the 7 didn't come. We did not get a chance to use the pool / exercise room due to timing and such. But it was there and looked nice. The issues were that the King bed in one of the bedrooms had a broken frame, so one side of the bed sagged badly, and I ended up sleeping on the couch one night. The air conditioner (free standing) was nice to have as it was pretty warm. However, running the air conditioner and the microwave (same circuit) regularly overwhelmed the 15 amp circuit breaker. For the first night (until the agent responded) we were without the air conditioner or a microwave, or TV in the big room. The breaker panel was locked behind a closet / supply room door. The check in process was also confusing. The directions guided us into a garage, with no way to get to front lobby without walking out of the garage and all the way around the building. I was fortunate to see a concierge number, and they were kind enough to guide us (via phone) through 2 sets of locked doors to the front lobby.

This is a great place to stay in Vancouver if you want to be within walking distance of everything. We didn't get in a car for 4 days, and we walked everywhere. Great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The place was exactly as listed! We loved it!

We were two couples and two "kids" (13 & 20) and the space was absolutely perfect for us. The place was freshly cleaned and had everything we needed to be comfortable, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen, etc. The views from the unit were great and we really enjoyed looking out onto the city from the balcony.

The photos & description of this place can't capture how perfect it is in person! The views are staggering, with a balcony where you can really enjoy them. Everything is beautiful & immaculate.....fully updated and feels brand new! Completely equipped with everything that you could need, and appliances are pristine. Beds are super comfortable, with very nice linens and pillows. If you are attending an event at Rogers Arena or the stadium, you could not find a better location....and it's right next to the train to the airport. This is an incredible find.....it may be the nicest vrbo that I have experienced, and I have done several. (Communications with Sherry were super-easy & helpful responses were promptly provided.). A great condo on a high floor with a great view in a secure building. Sherry the owner was very prompt with responses and accommodating all during our inquiry and throughout check-in. The condo was in great shape, clean and we especially enjoyed the view, balcony and the Nespresso! The master bedroom had room darkening curtains (a nice feature), the other 2 bedrooms had blinds. Two portable air conditioning units that vent to the outside did a fine job cooling the condo even with 6 adults. The location was within a few blocks of several Vancouver highlights, like GasTown and Stadium village. One recommendation would be to have more than 1 door lock key for a group of 6 people.

We loved this property. It is right near the subway, buses, aquaferry, seawall and is very walkable. The views were amazing and the host Sherry communicated with us often and quickly. We had 2 families: 2 young adults and 3 adults. I definitely recommend! We realized multiple buildings were connected midway through our visit via the second floor which was fun!

Sherry's place is Crosstown was perfectly located for all of our needs. Spacious for 50-something couple and two adult children in separate bedrooms with a study for that essential work time as needed. As mentioned in previous reviews, the aircon struggled on our one really hot day, but we managed that by closing the blinds and sun-facing windows. Beautifully clean, with comfortable beds and everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Fantastic views of the bay rom both inside and out, and for watching the cruise ships coming and going.

Plenty of space both for storage and to relax in, plus an office. Great views from the 35th floor balcony. Building facilities are good with a decent sized pool and gym plus nice having jacuzzi and sauna. Centrally located and also right next to the sky train (metro) station. Only down side is it can get hot in the summer, portable air con units can cope but means you get some city noise as need windows open for extracting vent. Good well maintained facilities in apartment and large beds.

My family of 6 had a great stay at Sherry’s property. It was very clean, beautifully updated, has awesome views, and the location is great. Very walkable but there is also public transportation right outside your door. We tried a new breakfast spot every morning! Because it is so central and it is in the city, it can be very loud at night. Just something to be aware of. Also, the air conditioning listed in amenities is not central air. They are portable ACs that you need to attach to an open window, therefore letting the noise and light in. Sherry did say she is looking into a better option. Communication with the host is easy and she has a great response time. All in all a lovely spot for your Vancouver vacation.

Loved staying in this condo, it was perfect for my three kids and nanny and had everything we needed for meals, washing up and relaxing in between our city adventures. The condo is very clean and well appointed, beds/bedding and towels were superb. My boys didn't want to leave and called it "our new home in the sky" I appreciated the black-out blinds in the master and close location to grocery shops and the train station. The view is incredible as well. Host was lovely and quick to reply. Only thing missing is maybe a yoga mat for the little office space! Oh and the coffee that was included was also a total hit. 10/10 recommend.

Very good and clean property with excellent views and very convenient locaton including a block to a major grocery store and the skytrain. Check in process is smoothe, but a little hard to have to park , then get fobs, then re-park in proper included spot. But that is more a function of the downtown location than the process. Excellent communications with the manager/host. Included the basics like spices/coffee/detergent/soap/shampoo/conditioner etc and reasonable kitchen gear (though a very large pan or more than one smaller pan would help when the place can hold up to 8!). Nice pool and excellent gym. A little pricey, but a beautiful place!! Thank you!

Extremely poor communication with the owner/manager about how to get in, deal with the elevator, get the one key (for the four of us adults), and find the spot in the parking garage - all of which could have been written down somewhere or texted in advance. We heard these same access complaints from other people in the building so communication becomes very important. Perhaps some written instructions by the door where one picks up the key fob so that the parking spot would be easier to locate (the stall numbers were mostly not sequential). The spot itself was lovely, the suite clean, and the beds comfy. Thermostat was set at 22 plus with no way to cool the suite down except for opening the windows and dealing with all the sirens. One other recommendation I would make is to have at least one comfy arm chair in the living room. I am of the age where sitting on the floor is no longer an option. There were more beds than places to sit in the LR.
