Penthouses of Beach Ave

Location was great, close to ferries , Seawall, Stanley Park and downtown. Apartment was spacious and had lots of nice extras, such as jacuzzi.

Unfortunately during our stay.the lift was out of action. Penthouse was on 8th floor so lots of stair climbing. Iman, our host, however provided assistance with our luggage up and down the stairs on check-in and departure.

Très bien situé. Stationnement inclus. Très très bien équipé. Seulement la nourriture à acheter. Les kleenex Scott produits tous inclus. Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Vue magnifique. Nous recommandons fortement.

This is a small studio with amenities for one or two people. It is very well furnished with more than you will need. I enjoyed being close to the water. They were kind enough to let me check in early and would have keep my luggage for me if I had flight after checkout. They were very helpful in helping me get the ferry to Victoria. The welcome basket was very sweet. I would definitely recommend this place if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the downtown area. If I am ever in Vancouver again I hope they are available.

Everything was wonderful. No negatives

When we arrived at night, they told that the elevator doesn’t work !!!!the apartment is in the 8 floor . So we use the escalator every time we get in or out the apartment. They assisted us with the luggage We do not understand why they didn’t advised us before our arrival , the problem with the elevator. It is a penthouse in the 8 floor!!!
