About this house rental
This luxurious 5300 sq ft house with 8 fabulous bedrooms (jacuzzi & sauna !) will make you feel right at home in the upscale Oakridge neighborhood of Vancouver. Tastefully furnished to the finest detail and absolutely perfect for family and friends to stay in spacious comfort. Designed with privacy in mind, each of the 4 upper bedrooms in our home are equipped with full ensuite washrooms. air conditioning (rare feature for Vancouver houses) .This will truly be your home away from home.
The space
Fully loaded gourmet kitchen equipped with:
- Six gas burners plus griddle, a double subzero fridge, crisper & freezer, and three dishwashers
- Toaster and coffee machine with complimentary ground coffee
-Ninja blender
- 10 piece Heritage TheRock ceramic non-stick cookware set
- Silverware, bowls, plates, cups and glasses
- Salt, pepper and oil are provided for your convenience
Bed and bath:
- 5 king size beds + 5 queen size beds+1 single bed +1 sofa bed
- 6 full bathrooms
- King Simmons mattresses with superior high quality bedding
- Bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided for your convenience.
Entertainment:
- High speed internet (1000mpbs)
- 52-inch Samsung TV equipped with Roku (Netflix included)

- Large sundeck
- Outdoor hot tub
- Sauna Room
- Hardwood flooring
- New central air conditioning (rare feature for Vancouver houses)

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with exception of the sauna in the basement due to fire safety concerns and the jacuzzi in the backyard.
Other things to note
Outdoor Hot tub and Sauna Room are now available for guest use but not guaranteed for all stays.
The dining table can be altered upon request to seat up to 14 guests.
We have 3 cameras outside the house for security purposes (i.e., front door entrance, side door entrance, back door entrance

We really enjoyed our stay. A comfortable place for a large group. The sauna and jacuzzi were a great addition. The location was quiet and nice.
