About this house rental
This gorgeous modern property (built in 2012) is made up of two separate suites and is great for a large group wanting to stay together. It has 2 kitchens, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and sleeps up to 13 guests. It is in a central location (Main Street area) near public transit, parks, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants and only 20 minutes by taxi to the airport and downtown. You will be renting the entire property so you won’t be sharing with anyone else. The main house has five bedrooms (three up, one on the main and one in the basement) and can sleep 9. The two-bedroom basement suite has two queen beds and sleeps 4. These two are connected so it is just one big house.. The house has air conditioning, BBQ, a nice yard/garden, and is steps away from a nice park. You will be very comfortable here.
In the winter time, the two bedroom basement suite is rented so guests will only have access to the five bedroom main house.

The house was great. Well appointed and very clean. Property manager was very responsive each time I messaged him. This house worked great for our extended family. Lots of space in the kitchen to gather around. Several decent places to get groceries, wine and take out near by.

Spent time with our family here exploring Vancouver. This is a lovely house in a great location. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning. Close to many restaurants and an easy ride to attractions downtown.

This spacious home was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our 10-person-family post-Alaska-cruise weekend before heading home. There was plenty of space for grandparents, parents, college-aged kids, and grade-school-aged kids to spread out or come together for family meals. The kids of all ages spent a surprising amount of time jumping on the trampoline in the front yard and browsing the vast library of interesting books on the shelf! It was an easy Uber ride to the sprawling Stanley Park (although watch out for downtown traffic) and the stunningly beautiful VanDusen Botanical Gardens, as well as to the Vancouver airport for our final travel leg. Jason communicated clearly and promptly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time and wished we could have stayed longer.
