To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check-in time is at 17:00 and check-out time is at 11:00. This is a smoke-free property and smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony and patios. A fine of 200 dollars per infraction will be applied for any smoking violations. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding parties and harassment of other building residents. Any violation of these house rules will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. Please be advised that this property is not suitable for children or infants and pets are not allowed.
