Ac in working condition Good WIFI Apartment it’s just off main road where all the museums are located Host was quick at making contact Even better if I was asked for tourist tax upfront so it doesn’t come as a surprise!

1- When I arrived I was in disbelief, there’s prostitutes working with the building, 🤔they seat on the front door wanting to get “jobs “ In fact the whole street it’s a red light area, very intimidating roads 2- the door lock looked like it has been forced so I was worried, I then realise that front door and door in between flat and rest of the building it’s metal. 3- coffee machine- not even 1 pod, therefore I can’t buy any because I don’t know which one to use (it would be nice to have at least 1?) 4- towels too small 5- kitchen tap needs tea pair as it’s coming off 6- no handwashing or body shower

Location.

The owner was quite persistent in asking for information regarding the arrival. He did not provide the entry details for the property until he received photos of the passports. I received the instructions on how to access the room only after contacting him on WhatsApp. There is no reasonably priced parking in the area. Expect to pay around 25 euros per day. The room is not actually 30m²; it is at least 5m² smaller. The room is located very high up, with a lot of stairs. There wasn’t even a single coffee capsule in the coffee machine. After departure, I was additionally asked to pay a tourist tax of 6 euros per person.

was a nice property, had a small kitchenette, bed was big and had lots of storage

the location was awful, as two young girls staying here we should have been told in advance about the location of the property, only when we found the apartment did we realise it was on a street of “women working the night”. not only this but it came with half a toilet roll and when we messaged the property owner with questions regarding the property he ignored them but managed to reply about checkout and city tax.

Central location with flexible staff, adequate property

Staff were flexible with leaving luggage, and cooking facilities were adequate, central location

Only given hand towels, no big ones. Coffee machine but no coffee pods. Self check in was confusing finding which door and steep stairs. Location was very central however unknown to us there were ladies working the streets which is supposedly known amongst locals, including our building and street. However this didn’t affect our trip but might be useful for other travellers to know.

Prostíbulo

El alojamiento estaba bien para pasar un par de días.

No nos gustó la ubicación ya que el portal era un prostíbulo y había una chica en la puerta sentada. Las chicas eran muy amables con nosotras, pero debido a que íbamos dos mujeres al host nos daba un poco de miedo encontrarnos con algún hombre en busca de servicios… Debido al miedo, todos los días nos vimos obligadas a ir pronto a casa. Además la cerradura de la casa no parecía muy segura.

Disgustoso

La posizione

Tutto Mancavano gli asciugamani grandi per la doccia, i piccoli che c’erano puzzavano, non si poteva accedere l’aria condizionata a causa del filtri sporchi e ammuffiti. Per non iniziare a parlare della situazione che c’era nei piani al di sotto, praticamente un bordello a porte aperte.

Bellino l'arredamento e i colori, stanza molto illuminata. Il proprietario molto molto gentile e disponibile

Bagno molto piccolo, nel vicolo ci hanno accolto delle donne, all'inizio non ero molto entusiasta di restare. Poi tornando a casa la sera era tutto molto tranquillo. Tutto sommato tornerei ad alloggiare.

Vivibile superato il primo impatto

Appartamento di per sé pulito e come da foto. Posizione centrale. Il proprietario seppur assente risponde ai messaggi.

Nonostante la posizione centrale, l’appartamento è collocato all’interno di un edificio dedito alla prostituzione (non ci sono stati problemi e le sere sono state tranquille) La sensazione di squallore e insicurezza (anche data dalla serratura malandata) per noi è stata comunque inevitabile, dato anche il centro di spaccio una strada sotto. Aria condizionata ammuffita. Non è presente bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Sito al 3 piano con le scale molto ripide e strette, non adatto per bagagli grandi.

Ulica kobiet "pracujących"

Położenie lokalu jest świetne, praktycznie przylega do muzeów i pałaców, ale lokal nie ma wiele wspólnego z opisem czy zdjęciami. Po pierwsze brak drugiego zlewu, kuchenki mikrofalowej, jest pisuar/ bidet ale bez zakrywającej go klapy , jest zdemontowana :( lokal miejscami jest nieukończony i razi prowizorką....

Problem to brak urządzeń z opisu, o czym już wspomniałem powyżej czyli mikrofali, drugiej umywalki, łóżko średnio wygodne i na pewno nie ma miejsca na ewentualne łóżko dla dziecka...to raz. Dwa to niestety wejście jest wykorzystywane przez miejscowe prostytutki, które mają tam swoje krzesełkowe stanowisko oraz lustro do poprawek :) ilość kobiet wolnego zawodu wzdłuż budynku to minimum 4-5 ....godziny ich pracy 10 a 18 to ciągły ich gwar zaczepiania klientów, itd. To jest trochę absurdalne, że prostytutka jest jak gdyby odźwiernym Twojego apartamentu....reasumując polecam co najwyżej łowcom przygód.

Carino e in ottima posizione, ma tanti difetti facilmente risolvibili con un po' di buona volontà.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, la pulizia e qualche comodità tipo la lavatrice e il ferro da stiro. L'appartamento in sé è accogliente, molto luminoso e sul letto si dorme discretamente a parte un difetto di cui parlerò in seguito. Il quarto piano con scale ripidissime e strettissime a chiocciola a me è piaciuto per la sua connotazione storica e architettonica, ma per chi ha difficoltà motorie non sono il massimo. Nel complesso l'appartamento è abbastanza comodo, molto pulito e molto silenzioso.

Mancano piatti fondi, coperchi per padelle e pentole, pentolini e qualche utensile per cucinare in più. Il frigorifero perde acqua. Pochissime mollette per stendere i panni. Mancanza totale di stracci, scope o palette per poter raccogliere o pulire in caso di sporco accidentale. Mancano prodotti per la pulizia quotidiana della casa. Al contrario di quanto descritto, manca il forno, il microonde, il tostapane. Il bidet non esiste, c'è il water alla giapponese, col getto per farsi la toilette all'interno del water stesso, cosa non molto igienica per i miei gusti. Il coperchio e la seduta del water non rimangono appoggiati al serbatoio dello scarico e bisogna sorreggerli con le mani altrimenti cadono sul water stesso. Nessun prodotto da bagno fornito in omaggio da come descritto. Il sifone a pioggia della doccia è inutilizzabile. Il pavimento dell'appartamento è in sintetico e non In legno. Non è possibile spegnere le luci dal letto se non dovendosi alzare per farlo. Una gamba del letto è difettosa evidentemente da tempo e non rimane in posizione lasciando il letto più basso dalla parte destra in fondo. Non vengono fornite né indicazioni né un luogo designato dove buttare il sacco della spazzatura. e In strada non vi sono cassonetti. Per fortuna ho potuto chiedere la cortesia ad una vicina di indicarmi dove poter lasciare il sacco e mi è stato indicato in un vano preposto dove serviva un'apposita chiave per aprirlo e che l'host non aveva fornito.
