Bardzo dobry kontakt z sympatyczną właścicielką, która starała się pomóc we wszystkich sprawach. Mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone, niczego w nim nie brakowało. A przede wszystkim znakomite położenie obiektu, blisko zarówno historycznego centrum, stacji metra jak i dworca kolejowego Piazza Principe.

Dobra Lokalizacja, ale stan rzeczywisty obiektu nie odpowiada opisowi i fotografiom przedstawionym w ofercie. Obiekt znajduje się we wnęce klatki schodowej w starym budynku. Brak okien uniemożliwia dopływ i wymianę powietrza. Obiekt ma ok. 12 m kw. a podano 18 m kw.
Zaproponowano nam łóżko na antresoli (pawlaczu), wysoko podwieszone pod sufitem z wejściem po drabinie budowlanej, no co nie wyraziłyśmy zgody z powodu zbyt dużych zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa. Ostatecznie przygotowana została sofa przykryta brudnym kawałkiem materiału, który miał spełniać rolę prześcieradła. Do przykrycia dostałyśmy cienkie, małe polarowe kocyki czyli brak pościeli. W pomieszczeniu nie było żadnej półki, szafki czy choćby wieszaka. Dogrzewanie pomieszczenia piecykiem elektrycznym, przy braku wymiany powietrza stanowi dodatkowe zagrożenie.
