location was convenient to walk to metro and old town. plenty of restaurants close by. nice large smart TV for after a long day of sight seeing
no microwave, AC didn't seem to cool well but we would've preferred to open the window as it was much cooler outside, however a very bright outdoor light made it impossible to sleep with it open. apartment could use some maintenance (loose faucet in bathroom and bathroom countertop sagging and has peeling laminate, bed squeaks whenever you get in and out very loudly and toilet paper dispenser shreds the toilet paper) basic essentials like dish soap and a kitchen towel were missing when they ask you to wash the dishes before you go.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Apartament był bardzo czysty i zawierał wszelkie potrzebne udogodnienia do pobytu na miejscu. Podczas naszego tygodniowego pobytu nie brakowało Nam niczego. Do tego bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem w razie pytań. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia w Genui.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, leider nur etwas kalt
Sehr angenehme und schöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns als Paar sehr wohlgefühlt und für einige Tage (6 Nächte) war die Unterkunft eigentlich perfekt. Die Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr heimisch gefühlt. Kontakt mit den Gastgebern ging auch problemlos und wir fühlten uns top umsorgt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wenn man bei mildem Klima kommt (nicht zu kalt & nicht zu warm) sollte die Wohnung allen Erwartungen genügen und darüber hinaus sogar einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglichen, wir fühlten uns jedenfalls sehr wohl ☺️
Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war eigentlich nur die Probleme mit dem Heizen. Die Heizung blieb nicht durchgehend an und wir frierten nachts leider teilweise, weil die Heizung einfach nicht mehr warm wurde und nur ab und zu heizte (März). Mit dem Heizlüfter ging es dann aber. Die Wohnung war leider nicht gut isoliert, weshalb erstens die Kalte Luft sehr einfach eindring und auch der Lärm von Draußen stark zu hören war.
