El barrio en el que está: un barrio normal y corriente, de residentes habituales, con metro cerca del apartamento, bares de todos los días y también lo suficientemente cerca del centro como incluso para ir andando. También el silencio y los aires acondicionados en todas la estancias.
La única pega que podemos ponerle es que el baño estaba dentro de la habitación y no se podían aislar los olores y ruidos, pero tampoco es un defecto para morirse

La ubicación. Era pequeñita pero cómoda. El acceso a la vivienda fue sencillo.
La limpieza. Nos encontramos el mantel que cubría la mesa del salón, con un charco de aceite. Los cojines también sucios.
