The location is perfect, and the place is newly decorated.
I removed one point for the missing things in the e flat; dishwasher door is broken and nothing to dry the dishes. No shelves in the shower etc.
One point for the construction that we were not informed about. There’s a construction going on in the building in front. It’s noisy and dusty. The worst part is they placed a mobile toilet half a meter away from the door, and it smells horrible. You need to hold your breath while locking/unlocking the door.
And the lady point is gone because of the beds. They’re very uncomfortable and sinking towards the center.
