Highly recommended

The property was just like the photos. The apartment we had presented as new. It was super clean, functional and suited our family of 5. The location was great as it is either a short drive to Madesimo or very convenient to walk/drive a very short distance to take the lift to Motta if you are there to ski. I noticed some comments in reviews about the apartments being on a main road. Campodolcino is a small town and very little traffic passes on this very narrow road that passes through the centre of town. There was no traffic noise and entry/exit to the property was easy. It’s also convenient to walk a very short distance across the road to the butcher and supermarket, bar and restaurants. The temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable with heating in each room that could be adjusted. It was cold when we were there (minus temperatures) but the apartment was always comfortable. The beds were very firm (as per the other reviews). The linen and towels were all good quality/condition. The kitchen was suitable to cook a simple meal after a day on the slopes as it had a 4 burner stove, microwave, fridge and reasonably stocked kitchen utensils, pots/pans/ plates/cutlery. The bathroom was as new with reasonable water pressure and hot water supply in the shower. There is no television but an iPad is supplied. This was a positive for some of the family and a negative for others. There were board games supplied so family monopoly was great after a day on the slopes. Contact with the manager was easy (we used WhatsApp) and they were very responsive.

The property is excellent. Some very minor adjustments would be helpful - sufficient rubbish bags, toilet paper, dish washing machine detergent and tea towels for the duration of the stay to avoid having to purchase them (eg we had 2 rubbish bags, 3 dish tablets, for 4 night stay) and were a family of 5 so ran out quickly.

veramente TOP rinnovato da poco (penso), praticamente nuovo appartamento assolutamente perfetto, spazioso, luminoso, arredato in modo semplice ma con stile, fornito di tutto, davvero tutto bagno sufficientemente grande, con box doccia camera da letto con letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo sala/pranzo/cucina spaziosa, divano comodo, cucina moderna e completa stanza per sci e scarponi parcheggio davanti a casa, occupato nel nostro caso, ma gratuito disponibile a pochi passi

unica pecca, ma assolutamente un'opinione personale, i materassi dei letti un po' duretti... come detto, questo è veramente soggettivo !

Appartamento facente parte di una struttura interamente ristrutturata. Accogliente, pulito e caldo, la proprietaria Marina ci ha fornito istruzioni chiare ed è stata sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Comodissimo per prendere (arrivando a che a piedi) lo Skyexpress per l’impianto sciistico. Market e servizi sotto casa. Grazie

Heerlijk rustig verblijf in een leuk plaatsje in een hele mooie omgeving.

Leuk en praktische kamer in een compleet verbouwde oude schuur in het hart van het plaatsje. Hele mooie omgeving met veel ruige natuur. Kamer is lekker koel door de ouderwets dikke muren en goede isolatie. Goed contact met de host die je op afstand binnen kan laten.

Kamer ligt langs een overdag drukke doorgaande weg en er is geen gelegenheid om buiten te zitten.

Accogliente e piacevole

Della struttura é molto carina l’atmosfera perché è veramente accogliente e calda. Tutto arredato in legno che da un senso di chalet molto bello. Fornito del necessario per trascorrere un week-end.

Della struttura dovrebbe essere riguardato il materasso perché secondo noi un po’ troppo duro però é una scelta prettamente personale la decisione del materasso.
