Fantastic location and in the centre if beautiful countryside, nature reserve, a stones throw to beaches galore and access to the indoor pool. Absolutely perfect for our family and 3 children.

Loved the lake & the use of the boat.
The kitchen had plenty of utensils.
Loved the dogs being allowed to stay.
Convenient location, close to the beach which was a very short drive away.
Nice touch of the drink & biscuits on arrival.
Loved watching the many many birds and the deer that jumped and then walked through the large and enclosed garden!
The kitchen & bathroom could do with some updating with no extractor fan in bathroom or a blind.
The kitchen had a bizarre smell, the owner was going to sort out when i let her know (which i didnt till we left, so not her fault)
Multiple lampshades were very dusty and the duvet was stained.
The fire had ashes left in.
Wasnt clear at booking that dogs are to stay downstairs.
Would have been nice to have some garden furniture available for us all to sit outside on the few sunny afternoons we had.

The land available to use was amazing. Bonus of a private swimming pool, that was able to be booked (for a charge) at the owners property very close by. Nice touch leaving juice and fresh eggs for our arrival. Owners are very nice people.

The cottage had everything we needed, I stayed with my daughter and another mum and her children whilst we attended a dance competition and it really was the perfect base for us.
