Lovely space. Welcoming. Very well equipped. Gym pass and swimming if wanted. Very quiet. Lots of space!

We found the beds a little on the soft side. The settees also. These wouldn't deter us from booking this property again though.

Fabulous spacious accommodation, a thoughtful owner and some lovely touches - welcome hamper included a freshly baked loaf of bread (still warm), 6 eggs, four pints of milk plus a bottle of red and white wine.

Lovely property in a oh so peaceful location - I'm sure I heard Peacocks!! The welcome basket of goodies including home baked bread (still warm) was a lovely treat. The house is very spacious and the photos really don't do it justice. Lots of info in the house about the renovations and local sights etc. We were a party of 6 adults and all of us commented how lovely the house was. The owners live close by and were very happy to be contacted if needed.

As a party of 6 adults the 3rd bedroom set up as a children's room was a bit of a compromise. We were only here for 2 nights so it was OK - but for a weeks stay may have been a bit more inconvenient. The house was very warm especially at night. No instructions found how to turn off the heating so made use of the fans in all rooms and the ceiling fan in the lounge.
